Prices and VAT

All prices published on the website apply only to purchases made and completed on the lupo-san.com website. All prices listed on the provider’s website are final prices. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the appropriate rate of value-added tax – VAT; VAT is not charged on the turnover specified in the 1st paragraph of Article 94 of the ZDDV-1, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices apply at the moment the order is submitted and do not have a predetermined validity. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Validity of the order/offer

Prices for the selected goods apply until the validity date of the offer, which is stated on the order/offer. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices and other benefits (discounts, gifts, method of delivery, contributions to postage, etc.) valid on the day the order is submitted shall apply. The original invoice received upon payment or delivery shall apply in connection with the general terms and conditions published on this page and confirmed when submitting the order.

Methods of Payment

The provider enables the following methods of payment:

• Cash on delivery (COD):when paying on delivery, you will pay for the goods in cash or by payment card.
• Payment via proforma invoice with transfer to the company’s bank account (TRR):Payment via proforma invoice means that you settle the invoice to the company’s bank account before receiving the goods. In this way, you avoid paying the cash-on-delivery commission charged by the delivery service GLS or Pošta Slovenije. Payment can be made on the basis of the received electronic order and prior selection of the mentioned option. The goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of funds into the account of the company LUPUS STUDIO d.o.o. When making the payment, the order number must be stated as the reference number (sklic). For the amount of the commission when paying via proforma invoice, please check with your home bank through which you execute the payment.
• Payment with credit/payment cards MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa:Payments are processed via the Stripe system (card system). Upon purchase, you will not be redirected to another page.
• Payment via PayPal.

 

Discounts

• Upon purchasing 1 identical product: 5% discount,
• Upon purchasing 2 identical products: 20% discount,
• Upon purchasing 3 or more identical products: 30% discount.

Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined. The higher discount or the better price for the buyer will be applied.

Delivery

For orders placed in the Lupo-san online store, the delivery costs amount to 5.90 EUR (parcel locker: NOT available yet). Delivery is free for orders over 110 EUR.

Method of delivery

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is the GLS delivery service; however, the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently. We do not carry out deliveries outside of Slovenia, or only exceptionally by prior arrangement.

Delivery time frame

The provider will deliver the goods as soon as possible to the address specified for delivery. All products that are in stock are dispatched within 0–3 business days after receiving your order. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery time

Items have a delivery time of 1 to 5 business days. You will be notified in advance regarding the delivery time frame for items that cannot be obtained within the expected period.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are gifted to you and are paid by the provider.
